We cannot control the wind direction, but we can set the sails correctly.
(Charles Darwin)
We lay our cards on the table. We show our strengths and point out what we can't do. And when asked, we provide feedbacks.
We achieve the goals. This means planning ahead, being prepared for adjustments and always taking everyone involved on board.
We measure what has been achieved and evaluate the results, always! This makes changes tangible, visible and controllable.
It is always good to have an experienced project manager at your side when it comes to implementing multi-year, cross-organizational and extensive projects that not only have a high priority in the company, but also appeal to target groups that are rather reserved and perhaps dismissive.
We take over the project management at your side, manage the project participants (depending on the division of labor) and ensure progress and target achievement. We prepare the materials for your internal communication and ensure that nothing is forgotten.
Experience in change projects can be recognized by the fact that the concept actively involves all target groups, the objectives are clear, changes are prepared for, risks have been considered and evaluated and there are always several options. The time and financial planning is transparent, unambiguous and always leaves room for maneuver.
We support our customers in thinking about all of this.
Knowledge transfer is one of the most important “side effects” of change projects. There always comes a time when the external people leave the project. By then, the organization must have understood and internalized the new behaviours. And you have to be able to actively deal with the new and adapt it if necessary.
Coaching, mentoring and consulting are important approaches to support the integration of changes in the organization and to make yourself superfluous as an external party.
Digital and analog media play an important role in every change project: be it to prepare for what is to come, to train the new, to deepen and implement what has been learned, to provide information about the current status and what lies ahead, to create emotions, to reward what has been achieved. They make the difference in many projects.
We develop these media in an individual, focused and effective way.
