The main task of an executive is managing his organisational unit as well as the people who have been entrusted to him. In order to successfully and sustainably live this role, a basic attitude is required with respect to the task at hand, to the team and to the possibilities. It is precisely this basic attitude which enables management tools and management principles to be deployed effectively and to motivate the employees to trust and follow their manager.
Within the scope of this training course, the participants will receive the opportunity to reflect on centrally practiced modes of thought, approaches and their own behaviour. In so doing, they will recognise which effect they have on their environment and where they can find new approaches in order to effect changes.
