Web Based Training / elearning is an online available interactive learning material. It is characterized by the use of the most suitable digital media (audio, video, animation) to achieve the desired learning effect for the intended target groups. Attractive design, well thought-out methodology to enable sequential and selective learning, catchy didactics, challenging quizzes and helpful feedback are the quality criteria.

Wir haben bisher mehr als 350 WBT zu Fach- und verhaltensorientierten Themen erstellt, darunter Vertrieb, Kundenorientierung, Führung, Produkt- und Prozesswissen.

Wir leben in einem digitalen Zeitalter, mit unserem gesamten Leben im Smartphone oder in einer Cloud. Wie angenehm fühlt sich dann eine gedruckte Schulungsunterlage an, die wir anfassen und darin rumkritzeln können, die auf dem Schreibtisch liegt und uns immer wieder daran erinnert, das Gelernte einzusetzen und es uns zu eigen zu machen.
